Shipping and Returns

 

Courier delivery is offered as standard on all orders delivering to Hong Kong. Products over HK$100 are also insured. Orders placed by 12pm are despatched the same working day and orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We can ship to any country you request, the shipment cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the product and country you wish to send it too. Please be aware that delivery outside of Hong Kong may take up to 10 working days. Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China are all fast delivery, other coutries may take longer. Whilst every effort is made to deliver your baby gift on time, sometimes unexpected and unavoidable delays can occur due to such factors as traffic and extreme weather. These delays are rare but unfortunately are beyond our control. In these circumstances both ourselves and our courier company will do everything we can to ensure your gift is delivered as soon as possible.

We can deliver to a hospital address but this depends on the hospital. At times, delivering to a hospital can be problematic due to many hospitals not accepting deliveries for patients, the recipient being released earlier than expected or the gift being lost in a large hospital. We recommend delivery directly to the recipients home which will mean a wonderful surprise when they return from hospital. Or why not have the bouquet delivered to your home or office and you can take it along when you are visiting, a great excuse for a cuddle with the new arrival! If you do want to send the gift to a hospital please check in advance that the recipient will be there for the next 48hrs and make sure that the recipients room number is clearly stated in the delivery address when placing your order.

For all gifts we can deliver to an office as long as we have a street name and floor number if applicable. Our courier service is a signed for service, therefore please ensure someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or provide alternative instructions such as leave with the concierge or with a neighbour. If no response is received the goods will be returned to Dotty Bee to arrange re-delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to dottybeehk@gmail.com before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, however if the product has been used or damaged we will not give you a refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
